What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
2. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidance.
4. Picking goods for customers within the specified time frame to ensure excellent customer service.
5. Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, and loading.
7. Using scanner equipment and inventory management systems effectively.
8. Fostering an environment that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers, aligning with IKEA's culture.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) is preferred.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.57-$27.83. This is a permanent, full-time position. Benefits are eligible. The working hours are 34-40 hours per week, with shifts between 5 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
