Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Forklift Operator for the Grand Rapids, MI service center. This full-time role on the 2nd shift (M-F, 3 PM–11:30 PM) involves moving freight in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long and operating a forklift on a roofed dock.

Starting pay is $24.03 per hour. Applicants should be able to bend, lift, read manifests, interact with a computer display, and work in a fast-paced environment.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Full-time Forklift Operators at our Grand Rapids, MI service center. As a Forklift Operator you will be tasked with moving all different types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long. You will be operating a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty

• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment
