Overview: Under general supervision, the Stand-up Forklift Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, Raymond stand-up forklifts, Raymond stand-up dock loaders, and various sit-down LP trucks. Must be able to work in minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

Available Shifts / Work Hours

• Day Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
• Night Shift: 5:00pm-1:30am, Monday - Friday

Duties And Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment through personal actions
• Load and unload trucks and containers using equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner
• Check and count freight for accuracy and/or damage. Take inventory as needed
• Direct product to the correct area in the warehouse
• Clear work area of loose wood and plastic, sweep area as needed
• Report faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of forklift experience (specific stand-up or sit-down) in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Familiarity with RFID
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license
