Job summary

Shearer's Foods, Inc. in Massillon, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator - Unloader/Production Puller to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will load and unload docked trailers, pull and load customer orders, receive inbound shipments, and build pallets for distribution.

Candidates should have two years of stand-up and reach forklift experience, be able to lift 50–60 pounds, perform basic math, and be available to work weekends and overtime. Prior experience with WMS systems is preferred.

Forklift Operator - Unloader/Production Puller

Food Manufacturing

Pay rate - $22.50/HR

(Days off typically Tues/Weds)

Equipment - Crown Stand-Up Forklift

Experience with Stand-Up Forklifts is required

Responsibilities

Our experienced Forklift Operators are eager to work in the challenging, fast paced Warehouse environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loading and unloading docked trailers, pulling and loading customer orders, receiving inbound orders, and building pallets and pallet displays.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring 2 years' experience operating stand-up and reach lifts and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace. Heavy lifting 50 to 60 pounds as necessary. Simple math skills are required. Must be a team player with ability to interact with both management and co-workers. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed: Prior warehouse, high lift reach truck, and WMS system experience preferred.
