Ryder System, Inc. in Minster, Ohio is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a path to growth within a respected supply chain organization.

Base pay starts at $23.00 per hour with increases after 6 months and 1 year, plus a $10/hr productivity incentive, attendance bonuses, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments. Day shifts: Sun-Wed with 11-hour shifts; 44–55 hours per week.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Punctual with good attendance record.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Meet contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
