Roadrunner Freight is seeking skilled Forklift Operators in Philadelphia, PA to keep freight moving safely and on schedule. You will operate forklifts and related dock equipment, load and unload trailers, and help secure shipments while maintaining a clean, organized dock area for efficient operations.

The role emphasizes safe, accurate work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift qualification required.
• Previous forklift, dock, warehouse, freight, or logistics experience preferred.
• LTL or cross-dock experience is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Hazardous Materials Training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other dock equipment.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and secure freight to protect against damage.
• Scan, tag, and label shipments accurately.
• Install blocking, bracing, and padding to secure freight in trailers.
• Keep the dock clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and hazardous materials requirements.
