Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or hands-on operational setting emphasizing safety, speed, and accuracy.
• Willingness to certify forklift operation.
• Dependable, physically active, and comfortable standing for long periods.
• Organized and takes ownership in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork; every shipment matters.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or data center hardware.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to receive, move, stage, and ship critical infrastructure at high velocity.
• Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware, ensuring every shipment is accounted for and ready for deployment.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly and accurately so technicians and engineers have what they need to keep the data center moving.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and deployment-ready warehouse, keeping inventory accessible and material flowing efficiently across sites.
• Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking with precision to prevent delays.
• Assist with packaging, returns, RMAs, and other warehouse operations while identifying efficiency improvements.
