Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to safely move merchandise throughout the club, assist with loading/unloading deliveries, and stock the sales floor. You will maintain safety standards and help ensure a clean, organized club environment while assisting Members with locating items.

The role emphasizes safe pallet handling, adherence to policies, and teamwork across departments in a fast-paced retail setting. Compensation reflects hourly wage with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift operating experience is preferred but not required.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect forklifts prior to use and follow safety standards.
• Load and unload merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks.
• Prepare and stock pallets; wrap, label and secure loads as needed.
• Greet Members and provide prompt, courteous service.
