Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Forklift Driver to safely move product through the distribution center and support both internal and external customers. The role reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, basic math skills, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution experience preferred
• Experience with warehouse management systems and hand-held device preferred
• 1-2 years standup forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely move, load, unload, store, and stack product using proper equipment in designated areas
• Practices safe and secure material handling methods
• Record time worked, accurately and according to SLT policy
• Consistently follows all Sur La Table policies and SOPs
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
