Job summary

Red Line Freight Systems is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Taunton, MA warehouse team. This full-time role involves loading and unloading trailers, moving freight, staging shipments, and supporting daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety.

The successful candidate will have forklift experience, be dependable and punctual, and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Experience in freight, warehousing, LTL, 3PL, or distribution preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle freight as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred, but we will consider experienced operators.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.
• Move, stage, and organize freight in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders as needed.
• Inspect freight for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work closely with warehouse management, dispatch, and other team members.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
