Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will move materials and products throughout the facility, ensuring production lines stay stocked and outgoing orders are loaded accurately and on time.

The role requires 1–2 years of forklift experience, an OSHA-compliant certification, and familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). You will work in a fast-paced environment with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• OSHA-compliant forklift operator certification is required.
• 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials, components, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, flatbeds, and shipping containers without damage.
• Scan barcodes and update inventory; assist with cycle counts to keep stock accurate.
• Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections; report issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines; maintain a clean and organized workspace.
