Palmer Logistics, now part of H. Essers, is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The role focuses on receiving, shipping, and quality control of goods in a fast-paced, safety-conscious warehouse environment.

You'll operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment, maintain accuracy, and assist with maintaining an organized, efficient operation. Competitive hourly pay and benefits support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years forklift experience in a logistics environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage products using various equipment.
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Perform daily equipment inspections before operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
