Job summary

Amcor is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Valdosta, GA to receive, store, and move products within the facility. Responsibilities include operating power industrial trucks, loading/unloading, cycle counts, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have forklift experience/certification.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work independently with some supervision.
• Must have full understanding of Work-In-Process.
• Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving objects (up to 35 pounds periodically).
• Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms.
• Must be able to perform all job duties in a safe and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute product accurately.
• Load and unload materials to/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Safely operate and inspect power industrial trucks.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and consolidating.
• Move pack-out.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Comply with safety, quality, ISO, SQF and other regulatory requirements.
