Job summary

DWK Life Sciences is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Millville, NJ facility to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials safely and accurately, while following established workflow and quality procedures. You will operate forklift equipment, maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure a clean, organized work area.

The role requires physical endurance (lifting up to 70 lbs), teamwork, and strict compliance with ISO and EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Basic reading and math skills required for inventory and paperwork.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and adhere to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates warehouse equipment and performs daily maintenance and inspection.
• Maintains inventory records and tracks product movement across locations.
• Receives, identifies, picks, packs, pallets, and ships orders.
• Performs physical inventory and cycle counts as directed.
• Ensures safe handling, cleanliness, and organization of the facility.
