Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate to support daily warehouse operations, handling flooring materials, operating forklifts and equipment, and ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products.

The role requires attention to safety, detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move heavy materials.
• Basic math and inventory/order management skills.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload flooring materials from trucks and trailers.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or installation crews.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory of flooring rolls, tiles, adhesives.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant.
• Assist in cycle counts and regular inventory audits.
• Support installation teams by preparing materials and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE.
