Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc seeks a Forklift Operator for our Seabrook, New Jersey facility. You will load/unload finished goods and raw materials from trailers using a forklift and RF/QAD scanning to capture movement.

Responsibilities include adhering to FIFO, tagging and storing products, communicating shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor, and maintaining product rotation and product integrity in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• One year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload finished goods.
• Load truck with BOL and use FIFO method, then complete the load.
• Tag and store finished products from production lines.
• Communicate shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Use RF scanners and QAD for tag edits.
• Ensure oldest product is shipped first and rotate stock.
• Maintain product quality and handle damaged items per clean-as-you-go program.
