Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company in North Branch is seeking an entry-level Forklift Operator to support our distribution flow. You will pick, stage, load/unload, rotate, and store product using forklifts and pallet jacks, while maintaining safety and accuracy on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

You will perform daily forklift inspections, monitor inventory data with WMS tools, and assist with cycle counts and dock operations.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift certification required.
• Proven safe forklift/pallet jack experience.
• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift/move heavy loads and communicate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, load/unload, rotate, and store product using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and operate with safety-first discipline.
• Record damage/shrink per policy and respond quickly to spills or dents.
• Support inventory accuracy and help improve warehouse efficiency.
• Use basic WMS tools and verify labels/inventory data; jockey trailers as needed.
