Job summary

Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Forklift Operator - Full Time to support our North Branch warehouse in Minnesota. The role is onsite and entry-level, keeping our distribution moving with speed, accuracy and pride.

Key duties include picking, staging, loading/unloading, rotating and storing product with forklifts and pallet jacks, performing safety inspections, and assisting with inventory accuracy using basic WMS tools. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift certification is required.
• Prior forklift/pallet jack experience with safe operation.
• Basic computer skills and attention to inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, load/unload, rotate and store product using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain safety-first practice.
• Record damage/shrink per policy and respond quickly to spills or dents.
• Support inventory accuracy and help improve warehouse efficiency.
• Use basic WMS tools and verify labels/inventory data; jockey trailers as needed.

The Role

As a Forklift Operators - Full Time teammate, you’re the power behind a smooth, on-time warehouse—moving product with speed, accuracy, and pride. This entry-level, onsite role supports our North Branch distribution flow so drivers, sales, and customers stay in motion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pick, stage, load/unload, rotate, and store product using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Complete daily forklift inspections and operate with safety-first discipline
• Record damage/shrink per policy and respond quickly to spills or dents
• Support inventory accuracy and help improve warehouse efficiency
• Use basic WMS tools and verify labels/inventory data; jockey trailers as needed

Required skills/qualifications:

• OSHA forklift certification
• Proven safe forklift/pallet jack experience
• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to repeatedly lift/move heavy loads; clear communication and teamwork
