Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a forklift operator to safely operate powered industrial forklifts and support daily warehouse operations. This role handles loading and unloading trailers, moving and storing inventory, verifying shipments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The position includes 7:00am-7:00pm 2-2-3 rotating cycle and 7:00pm-7:00am 2-2-3 rotating cycle, with equal emphasis on accuracy and safety in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong communication, basic math, and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse scanning systems.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect loads for damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare shipments by wrapping, banding, and staging products.
• Perform forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
