Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial forklifts and support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trailers, moving inventory, and verifying shipments.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, and requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift/RF scanner experience preferred, plus strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong communication, basic math, and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse scanning systems.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing lists.
• Inspect loads for damage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick mixed pallets and prepare shipments by wrapping, banding, and staging products.
• Perform forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
