T1 Energy is hiring a Forklift Operator for our Wilmer, Texas facility to support daily warehouse activities. You will process, pack, and ship orders, inspect items, and ensure accurate inventory management. The role requires forklift experience and certification, as well as the ability to stand long shifts and lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Able to work either day or night shift
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant warehouse setting
• Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts (certificate required) and hand trucks

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Inspect items for defects and report as required.
• Restock and maintain inventory of orders.
• Prepare items for shipping.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Lift up to 75 pounds.
