Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in North Carolina is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to move materials safely in our manufacturing plant. You will load, unload, transport, and store goods while following all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.

This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work with production and shipping teams. Overtime on first and third shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and material handling best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items within the plant.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas with precision.
• Ensure materials are stacked and stored properly to prevent damage or hazards.
• Track and record material movements using inventory systems or manual documentation.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organization in the warehouse.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts; report issues.
• Follow proper operating procedures to extend equipment lifespan.
