Job summary

Masterson Staffing seeks a Forklift Operator to safely move raw materials and finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will support production and shipping, loading/unloading, staging pallets, and maintaining inventory with strict adherence to safety and 5S standards.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs+, and comfort with RF scanners and basic math. Excellent attention to safety and detail is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Shipping/receiving or production support is a plus.
• Basic math and computer/RF scanner skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or clamp forklifts to transport materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production lines.
• Move raw materials to production workstations and finished goods to storage or shipping areas.
• Stack, stage, and organize pallets in designated locations.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials to avoid downtime.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures, including PPE requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards).
