Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our Allentown, PA production facility. You will ensure seamless movement of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, staging, and shipping to support production schedules, operating forklifts safely, and documenting inventory transactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Capability to identify material and product defects by sight.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for operational instructions and documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely, accurate material handling for receiving, staging and shipping to support production schedules.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely per regulatory and internal safety standards.
• Coordinate transfers of raw materials from external warehouses to the plant and stage ingredients for production lines.
• Verify documentation for incoming/outgoing materials and record inventory transactions.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between physical inventory and system data and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse operations focusing on efficiency, accuracy and waste reduction.
• Maintain GMP and safety compliance in work areas and with equipment.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain workflow.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance checks on forklifts and related equipment as needed.
