Job summary

DP World in Palmetto, GA is seeking experienced MHE/Forklift Operators to join a growing 3PL team in a traditional warehouse setting. You will pick parts according to customer orders and place them in work areas or storage locations, reading orders and moving items accordingly.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be able to perform repetitive tasks accurately while communicating effectively with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Work in a traditional warehousing environment while picking parts according to customer orders and placing parts in work areas or storage locations.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to customer requirements.
• Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions where applicable.
• Organize facility or warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
