Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Ohio is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will move stock, load and unload shipments, and operate stand-up forklifts and other equipment to support production schedules.

The role requires at least 6 months of forklift operation experience, familiarity with WMS systems, and a safety-first mindset. Competitive pay with shift differentials and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating stand-up material handling equipment.
• Experience with stand-up Dock Stocker and Reach Truck preferred.
• Experience with other equipment such as Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack a plus.
• Minimum of 6 months experience using a commercial WMS (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts 80% of shift.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact quantity and type.
• Keep inventory records accurate and up-to-date.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and remain safety focused.
