Job summary

Novo Distribution Llc in Illinois is seeking a Forklift Operator (Stocking) to move product and pallets around the warehouse. You will use RF scanners to confirm locations and ensure accurate labeling while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have forklift experience (6,500 lb rated), comfortable lifting up to 50–75 lb, and can work overtime as needed. Training will cover Novo safety requirements and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility in scheduling – overtime as needed.
• Ability to move awkward product lengths and weight.
• Experience operating a forklift rated 6,500 pounds.
• Use of PPE and company approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to move product and pallets throughout the warehouse to designated areas.
• Communicates discrepancies, product issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Ensures product is moved and scanned using RF scanners to the correct location and labels are accurate.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area free of debris.
• Anticipates business needs, keeps like products together and accessible.
• Completes Novo forklift training and adheres to all safety requirements.
• May place stand-up items into designated areas by hand as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
