Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely load and unload materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain accurate handling of shipments. The role requires RF scan proficiency, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and readiness for overtime or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience and be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• RF scan gun proficiency required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred or required.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must read and comprehend work instructions and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using hand trucks, reach trucks, or forklifts.
• Identify discrepancies between receiving loads and manifests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Operates warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
