GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Richmond, VA. You will operate powered industrial lift trucks, use handheld scanners, and assist with loading/unloading trailers while keeping the workspace compliant with 7S standards.

Qualified candidates will have a certification for safe forklift operation, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, and a collaborative mindset to support inventory and logistics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
