Job summary

InterChange Group, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Forklift Operator for the dry warehouse. This role requires operating Raymond forklifts and dock loaders to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products and packaging materials.

The position offers day and night 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, and a compensation range of $19.15 to $21.90 per hour. Minimum 1 year sit-down forklift experience and familiarity with RFID and Warehouse Management Systems are preferred.

• Report faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Location: Harrisonburg, CPAD8 Dry Warehouse

Overview: Under general supervision, Lift Truck Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food products and/or packaging materials utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, Raymond stand up forklifts, Raymond stand up dock loaders and various sit down LP trucks.

Compensation: $19.15 to $21.90 / hour

12 Hrs. Day Shift- 5:00am - 5:00pm *** Rotating Shift, Work Every other Weekend***

12 Hrs. Night Shift- 5:00 pm - 5:00 am *** Rotating Shift, Work Every other Weekend***
