Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Basic English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks within specified timelines.
• Record exceptions in count or condition of shipments to minimize cargo claims.
• Manage paperwork: delivery receipts, bills of lading, trailer manifests, and related documentation.
• Regroup shipments as needed and maintain accurate cargo counts.
• Meet the company's reliability standards for employees.
• Be available to work various shifts during the week to accommodate business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
