This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team dedicated to safety at our Denton, TX sheet feeder plant. The position involves safely assisting with the production of corrugated sheets to be made into printed boxes for our valued customers. We also offer opportunities for advancement as openings occur.

  • Starting pay rate: $20.50 per hour.
  • Shift Differential: 2nd Shift ($0.75) & 3rd Shift ($1.00).
  • This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
Shift

Currently hiring for:

  • Must be flexible to work all shifts as needed.
  • 1st (6:00am - 2:00pm) Shift
  • 2nd (2:00pm – 10:00pm) Shift
  • 3rd (10:00pm - 6:00am) Shift
What You Will Do in Your Role
  • Safely drive and operate a forklift (obtain/maintain certification).
  • Load and unload materials.
  • Properly and accurately complete all required shipping documentation (manual and computer software).
  • Determine resources available for production and distribution.
  • Participate in setting team goals and managing job assignments.
  • Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for shipping tasks.
  • Work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment.
  • Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Be willing and able to work at least 8-12 hours a day.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules, including wearing safety equipment.
The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or similar equipment.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience driving and operating a forklift in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Previous experience with Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
