Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a warehouse associate to move products and materials in a production or warehouse setting. You will operate powered equipment, transport materials, and help load/unload trailers while following safety guidelines.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, 0–3 years of general work experience, and forklift certification. Prior experience in a high-speed industrial environment is a plus and advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification is required.

• Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.29 to $21.54 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.

• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
