Job summary

Clarios, LLC in Canby, OR is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for the day shift. Earn up to $24.72/hour within the first year, with wage progression and quarterly bonuses.

Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work. This union position offers overtime opportunities, a retention bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ year forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Willingness to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and work in an industrial environment.
• Must wear required PPE and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Move and stage materials for production lines and to warehouse storage racks.
• Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy.
• Support production and boosting operations.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental and production standards.
