Clarios in Canby, Oregon, is hiring a Forklift Operator / Skilled Material Handler for the swing shift. Earn up to $27.22/hour within your first year, with bonuses, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.

Starting rate is $21.50/hour with progression to $23.02 after 90 days and $23.67 after the February 2027 contract increase; $25.22/hour after one year, with premium increases for skilled material handling after 6 and 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification.

Pay Progression Including Wage Progression And Shift Differential

• $21.50/hour starting rate
• $23.02/hour after 90 days
• $23.67/hour following the February 2027 contract increase
• $25.22/hour after 1 year

Skilled material handlers receive $1.00 premium at 6 months and $2.00 premium at 12 months

Schedule

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday, must be available to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.
