Job summary

Tropic Supply, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate, Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Largo, FL to support daily logistics operations. This hands-on role requires safe forklift handling, accurate order picking, and efficient shipping/receiving within a busy HVAC distribution site.

You will verify inventory, assist with cycle counts, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Standard daytime schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse experience preferred in distribution or logistics.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and use RF scanning equipment.
• Demonstrated accuracy with picking, packing, and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, position pallets securely.
• Pull and fill orders, stage and wrap for shipment.
• Receive inventory and complete basic shipping/receiving docs.
• Verify parts and paperwork against inventory and cycle counts.
