Job summary

Penske Logistics in Shippensburg, PA is seeking a Forklift Operator to join a safety-conscious team in a warehouse setting. The role involves loading/unloading, material movement, and scanning using a warehouse management system.

Eligible associates receive PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and more, plus a $125 boot allowance after 90 days. The schedule runs Monday to Thursday, 5:30am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trailers with a stand up electric clamp truck.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Quality control; identify and remove damaged products on receipt.
• Record units moved on production sheets or work tickets.
• Read orders or schedules to determine material needs.
• Operate forklifts (stand up electric clamp truck).
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
