FedEx Supply Chain in Pendleton, IN is seeking a Forklift Operator I to safely operate Sit-Down/Stand Up forklifts and electric pallet jacks for receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. You will ensure product safety, quality, and compliance while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stacking, cycle counts, and daily equipment checks. The role demands reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment.
• Must meet PPE requirements.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven and team oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Sort and build pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Apply shrink wrap to pallets and perform quality checks.
• Maintain accurate storage locations with cycle counts.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and adhere to OSHA rules.
• Perform other distribution tasks as needed.
