FedEx Supply Chain in Groveport, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator I to safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks for receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You will help maintain product safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

The role requires OSHA adherence, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a focus on safety and reliable performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment.
• Must meet all PPE requirements.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading of pallets from trucks and conveyors, by hand or with equipment.
• Safely loading/unloading, transporting, and stacking materials using forklifts.
• Sorting and building products to pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Use machinery to apply shrink wrap to pallets.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Perform daily equipment inspections for maintenance.
• Maintain location accuracy with daily cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules.
