Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are crucial to our success. They work actively, safely, and independently to ensure the efficient flow of products, maintaining quality standards. As a Forklift Operator (Non-Formula), you will operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.

The role involves transporting freight to inventory, replenishing pick slots, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will work as part of a team, performing duties that support the company's operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Locating proper storage slots, setting pallets with forklifts or hand stacking, entering product data, and performing count checks.
  • Replenishing stock, rotating stock, and removing outdated inventory.
  • Dispersing over-stocked items, removing pallets and packing materials, inspecting pallets for damage, and storing them properly.
  • Following safety policies, reporting unsafe conditions, performing safety checks, and preparing equipment for operations.
  • Using personal protective equipment, meeting productivity standards, inspecting items, performing quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Changing batteries, securing equipment, completing paperwork, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly, lifting between 10-90 pounds.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
