Stabil Drill is seeking a Full-Time Fork Lift Operator to join our team in Houston, Texas, for the day shift. **Please note: Our new facility is being built in Conroe, TX, with a projected opening date of June 2025.***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Retrieve supplies and materials, locate and verify tools and materials; move materials to assigned locations safely.
  2. Load and unload outgoing and incoming shipments.
  3. Clear production areas by securing and moving finished tools and pallets.
  4. Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment.
  5. Clean and service forklifts.
  6. Follow established safety policies and procedures.
  7. Be on call on a rotation basis when scheduled.
  8. Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and/or training acceptable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of equipment organization for proper storage and shipping.
  • Skilled in operating equipment capable of carrying heavy and wide loads.
  • Ability to complete tasks and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete and maintain reports and records in a timely, legible manner, following procedures and work orders.
