Job summary

Mum Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Mentor, OH. This role focuses on pulling and moving materials for production and shipping, with emphasis on accurate inventory counts and ERP usage.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, verifying counts, and using scanners and ERP systems. Candidates should have at least 1 year in forklift operation, shipping/receiving, and SAP data entry, plus a safety-first mindset and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience of at least 1 year.
• At least 1 year in Shipping & Receiving.
• At least 1 year experience with SAP and data entry.
• Must have previous forklift certification / be trainable and/or become certified with Mum Industries.
• Must maintain a safety-first mindset and follow all safety guidelines.
• Bring a positive attitude and ideas for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to pull and lower product, moving it to production or ship teams.
• Confirm inventory counts and numbers accurately.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and packed items with pallet jack or manually.
• Troubleshoot inventory inaccuracies as needed.
• Use scanners to account for inventory pulls.
• Use ERP software to ensure correct shipping counts.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.
