Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mooresville, IN is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock and support warehouse operations. The role blends stand-up forklift operation with material handling and loading/unloading duties, using stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks in a fast paced, safety‑driven environment.

Shift is 1st, Mon-Fri from 6am to 2pm; pay is $20.50 per hour with an additional $1.50 surge pay.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or completion within 30 days of employment.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records.
• Ensure OSHA and MSDS compliance.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Change batteries or LP tanks and monitor power.
• Keep equipment and area clean and organized.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
