Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for the 1st shift to safely move raw materials and finished products within a warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts, load/unload items, and perform routine safety checks to ensure efficient material flow.

The role requires vigilance in inventory control, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm with potential overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Skilled or willing to train in starting, stopping, backings, and driving forklift or clamp truck through aisles and ramps.
• Know forklift dimensions and load capacity for safe operation.
• Assess doorway/aisle clearance and load balance for safe placement.
• Recognize forklift capability to lift loads and ensure proper balance.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift with lifting devices to move raw materials and products in warehouse/factory.
• Load and unload semi trailers; maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Perform safety checks on lifts and equipment; lubricate and refuel as needed.
