Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Hazleton, PA. You will safely operate forklifts and EPJ, assist with picking, packing, and inventory tasks, and help ensure accurate shipments and inventory control.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months of warehouse experience, and the ability to work a 1st shift schedule with potential overtime. CJ Logistics offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and EPJ.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts safely to move, load, unload, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and ensure proper product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and staging.
• Support daily warehouse operations and cycle counts.
