Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to load and unload trucks and trailers, manage warehouse material, and optimize loads for efficiency. This role emphasizes safety, organization, and a perfect attendance record.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down forklifts, completing shipping paperwork, maintaining inventory with DC-link and JDE, and supporting production, QA, and printing teams. Shift is 12 hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) on a 2‑2‑3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience or training.
• Forklift Operator Certificate is required.
• Ability to read safety rules and instructions.
• Attention to detail and basic math for inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to load/unload shipments and receive raw materials.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and maintain records.
• Assist in inventory with DC-link and JDE systems.
• Support production, QA, and printing teams as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use RF scanner for tasks.
• Able to sit/stand/walk for 12 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
