Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable sit-down forklift operators to support dock operations and material flow management in Aliquippa, PA. The role runs from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM and requires safe, efficient handling of inbound and outbound freight on the shipping and receiving docks.

Responsibilities include staging pallets, loading trailers, coordinating with truck drivers, and assisting with reorganization projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift on loading docks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual handling as needed.
• Strict adherence to safety and transport regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all material movement on shipping and receiving docks using a sit-down forklift to stage, load, and organize inbound and outbound freight.
• Strategically place incoming pallets into temporary staging areas and move completed orders from packing lines onto waiting trailers.
• Conduct precise, safe, and efficient loading of trailers while optimizing space and complying with safety rules.
• Coordinate with dock supervisors and truck drivers to manage trailer drops, swaps and live loading timelines.
• Provide general warehouse support, moving bulk items or assisting with reorganization projects using the forklift as the primary tool.
