This role is primarily responsible for operating small- and large-capacity forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials while supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate has forklift certification, warehouse experience, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate propane or diesel small- and large-capacity forklifts within rated limits.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move and stage materials for shipping, receiving, and production.
• Pull and prepare orders using pick lists or work orders.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation as required.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily goals.

What You Bring

• Forklift certification required.

Education & Experience
