Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in JAFFREY, NH, United States is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations, loading and unloading trucks, moving and stacking bagged wood pellets, and maintaining accurate inventory.

This full-time role on a 9am-5pm shift offers a safety-focused environment, pre-employment background check, and a range of benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete company Forklift training.
• Ability to accurately count inventory, perform basic math, and read shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and transport finished products throughout the facility.
• Move, stack, and organize tons of bagged wood pellets in designated storage areas.
• Count finished product inventory, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips, weight tickets, and shipping documentation.
• Ensure outgoing loads are properly secured, documented, and sealed.
• Move and wrap completed products for storage or shipment.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage area.
• Assist with production and other material handling duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
