Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Ashley, Indiana distribution team. The role involves putting away or removing freight from the Receiving dock and replenishing pick slots, using RF devices or PDA units as applicable.

The position is full-time with overtime as needed, based near I-69 exit 340. Candidates may have 3–6 months PIT experience and must be willing to work a 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks is preferred (3–6 months).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Puts away or removes freight from Receiving dock and replenishes slots.
• Operates PIT equipment safely and follows safety procedures.
• Maintains accurate inventory and documents daily activities.
